2026 Fall Semester Academic Excellence Scholarship Application Information for New Students
- I. Eligibility
- Applicants must be currently enrolled students of the University and must not be working students at the time of application. Students who have deferred enrollment, taken a leave of absence, transferred to another department, transferred to another university, withdrawn from the University, or are taking extended study are not eligible to apply. Students who meet the eligibility requirements for continued scholarship application are also not eligible to submit a new application.
II. Eligibility for First-Time Applicants
Applicants must meet the requirements stipulated in Article 3 of the Regulations Governing the Academic Excellence Scholarship for New Students, Article 3 of the Regulations Governing the Wang Chiu-Hsiung Honorary Doctor Outstanding Admission Scholarship, or Article 3 of the Regulations Governing the Wang Chiu-Hsiung Honorary Doctor Outstanding Admission Scholarship for Graduate Students.
III. Application Period and Procedure
The application period is from September 7, 2026 (Monday) to September 18, 2026 (Friday). Applicants should log in to the University website and follow the path:
University Homepage → Single Sign-On Service → Academic Affairs Information System → My Applications → Academic Excellence Scholarship for New Students Application
Applicants must complete the online application, print the Application Form for the Academic Excellence Scholarship for New Students, and attach the required supporting documents. The completed documents must then be submitted to the Registration Section of the University for further processing. Applicants who fail to complete the above procedures will not be eligible to apply for the scholarship.
IV. Submission of Written Application Documents
Please submit the completed application form and required documents to the Registration Section. Late applications will not be accepted.

VI. Announcement
Information regarding the scholarship application will be announced in the Latest News section of the Academic Affairs Information System and sent via email to all students’ university email accounts.
