Second-hand textbook donation campaign
Purpose: To implement the policy of protecting intellectual property rights on campus and to assist economically disadvantaged students in their studies with peace of mind, thus building a warm and friendly campus, we are organizing a "Second-hand Textbook Donation Campaign." Please widely publicize this campaign and forward it to your relevant departments.
Instructions:
I. This semester coincides with graduation season. As is customary, this campaign will be held before the end of the semester, taking advantage of the time when graduating students are leaving their dormitories:
(a) Collection Time: June 26, 2026 (Friday), 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
(b) Collection Location: Student Dormitory Service Center (Building C1).
II. The textbooks collected through this campaign will be donated to economically disadvantaged freshmen for course use after the start of the new semester. Furthermore, after the campaign concludes, faculty and students are also welcome to participate by donating textbooks at any time, which will be sent directly to the Student Affairs Office's Life Counseling Section for assistance.
III. One copy of the brochure is provided for reference.
