Deadline for processing absences and truancy in the second semester of the 114th academic year
The deadline for processing absences and missed classes in the second semester of the 2015-2016 academic year is June 18th, 2016 (Thursday). Students wishing to apply for a refund must submit their application before the deadline. Please check and forward the information to your respective department.
Instructions:
1. Absence Records: Students can check their records on the Single Entry Service Network/Student Affairs/Attendance/Student Absence System.
2. Refund Applications: Students should directly submit their refund applications to the person who registered their absence/activity absence and request the refund through the system.
