The revised guidelines for handling external review of teachers' works are effective immediately. Pl
I. The proposed amendment was passed by the 208th Faculty Review Committee meeting held on April 8, 2016.
II. Key points of this amendment: To maintain high-quality research papers and improve the quality of publications, and to prevent the development of predatory journals, in accordance with the Ministry of Education's directive, the proper review process for the journals in which publications are published will be strictly enforced during the teacher qualification review process. A third point, item three, is added: "Teachers may not use papers published in journals or by publishers discouraged by the university's Research and Development Office as representative works for submission."
