International Volunteer Service Scholarship
Applications for our school's 2026 International Volunteer Service Scholarship are open from now until May 28th.
Instructions:
I. Applications will be processed in accordance with our school's "International Volunteer Service Scholarship Implementation Guidelines."
II. Eligibility: Students currently enrolled at our school (including those returning to their home country for the current semester) who complete international volunteer service during their studies.
III. Service period: January to November 2026.
IV. Application Method: Please prepare the following documents and submit them to the Center for Sustainable Development and Social Practice Research by 5 PM on May 28th (Thursday). (Electronic files should be sent to peichun@yuntech.edu.tw)
(I) File Download: University Homepage → Center for Sustainable Development and Social Practice Research → Form Download → Relevant Forms → International Volunteer Service Scholarship Form.
(II) Required Documents:
1. Application Form and Detailed Plan (Please provide both hard copy and electronic file).
2. Attachment 1: Personnel Roster (Please provide both hard copy and electronic file).
3. Attachment 2: Service Consent Form (Please provide a hard copy).
4. Attachment 3: Parental Consent Form (For minors, please provide a hard copy).
V. The "Implementation Guidelines for the International Volunteer Service Scholarship" of this university can be downloaded from the form on the university's homepage → Yung-Ching Development and Social Practice Research Center → Implementation Guidelines for the International Volunteer Service Scholarship.
VI. Review results: Notification will be given before the end of June.
