Promotion of online voting for the 2025 Academic Year "Yun-Duo Award" selection to increase voter turnout.

This initiative is conducted in accordance with Article 5 of the University's Yun-Duo Award Incentive Guidelines.

Details for the first stage of student voting are as follows:

(1) Voting Period: From now until August 31, 2026.

(2) Voting System: Portal (Single Sign-On) / Student Affairs Information System / Yun-Duo Award Voting.

(3) Eligibility: Seniors (4th year undergraduates), 2nd-year Master’s students, and 4th-year Doctoral students. Each person is limited to one vote per academic level (must hold official student status at the university).

(4) Voting Process: Eligible students may select teachers who have had the most profound impact or to whom they are most grateful during their studies. Each student can nominate up to 3 teachers. A reason for recommendation must be provided; otherwise, the vote will not be counted.

Graduating students in the aforementioned categories must complete the voting process before they can proceed with the school leaving procedures. Departments are also requested to strengthen promotion among eligible students who may not complete their leaving procedures before August 31, 2026, to protect their right to vote and increase the overall turnout.
