Drop out assignments one week before the midterm exams of the second semester of the 114th academic
I. According to Point 13 of the university's course selection guidelines: "Students may, due to special factors such as learning ability, submit a withdrawal application form to the Course and Instructional Section within one week before the midterm exam. With the special approval of the instructor and department head, the student may withdraw from the course at this time, but no refund will be given. Each student may withdraw from one course per semester, and the word 'Withdrawn' will be noted in the grade column of the student's academic transcript.
However, after withdrawing according to this point, the total credit hours must not be less than the required credit hours for each semester. Undergraduate students who have already reduced their credit hours are not eligible to apply for withdrawal according to this point.
II. The written application period at the Course and Instructional Section of the Academic Affairs Office is from 9:00 AM on April 13th (Monday) to 5:00 PM on April 17th (Friday). Late applications will not be accepted.
