Announcement of "Certification Expert" (1+4 Project) Application.
Information for the Academic Year 114 "Certification Expert" (1+4 Project) Application Eligible graduating students are encouraged to apply.
I. Authority: The application is handled in accordance with the university’s "Student 1+4 Project Incentive Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations"). Please refer to Section IV for the application and review process.
II. Application Period: From now until April 14, 2026 (Tuesday).
III. Eligibility:

Limited to graduating students of the Academic Year 114 (including Undergraduate, Graduate, and In-service programs).

Applicants must have obtained:

At least one language proficiency certificate.

At least two professional capability certificates.

At least two information technology capability certificates.

All certificates must be obtained during the period of enrollment at this university. The certification levels must comply with Article 3 of the Regulations.

Proof of participation in student clubs must be attached. Certificates obtained during high school or vocational school will not be considered.
IV. Application Method:

Physical Submission: Applicants should fill out the "Student 1+4 Project - Certification Expert Application Form" and submit photocopies of all supporting certificates to their respective department for preliminary review. After the department review, the colleges will recommend up to two candidates to the Office of Research and Development by April 28, 2026 (Tuesday).

Email Submission: Applicants must email the application form (Word format) to
denyitin@yuntech.edu.tw. The file name and email subject should follow the format:114 Certification Expert Application - College - Department - Name.
V. Selection Criteria: The selection is based on the number of certificates held and the level of difficulty in obtaining them. The committee will also refer to the "List of Certificates Issued, Entrusted, Certified, or Recognized by Central Competent Authorities" published annually by the Ministry of Education, along with records of student club participation.
VI. Awards: The selection committee will choose one winner from each of the following three categories: Engineering, Management, and Humanities & Design (3 winners in total). Based on the annual budget, each winner will receive a scholarship of up to NT$20,000 and will be recognized at the graduation ceremony.
