Announcement Details:
I. Eligibility: All currently enrolled students of this school who participated in national or international competitions between January 2025 and May 2026, and who submitted their applications through the Single Entry Service Network - Student Learning Journey System - Competition Submission and passed the review process before the specified deadline. (Submission Deadlines: Competitions in the first semester must be submitted by March 15th; competitions in the second semester must be submitted by October 15th. If the competition for this semester has already ended, please complete the submission and application by May 29th. Late submissions will be accepted in the 2027 academic year.)
II. Application Period and Method:
(I) Application Form Download Period: 9:00 AM, February 2nd (Monday) to 5:00 PM, May 29th (Friday). Written application forms must be submitted from February 2nd (Monday) to May 29th (Friday). Late submissions will not be accepted.
(II) Application Form Download: School Homepage - Single Entry Service - Student Learning Journey System - Participate in Competitions - Application for Outstanding External Awards (Applications for awards already given in 2025 are not eligible).
(III) Students who have won awards in multiple national or international competitions for the same work in the same year should apply for the award for their best achievement.
(IV) For group competitions, one representative shall submit the application, and the application form shall list all participants.
III. Required Documents:
(I) Application Form: Must be recommended and signed by one full-time faculty member or supervising teacher of this school.
(II) A copy of the award certificate issued by the organizer and the competition rules: Please highlight the award in the competition rules section with a highlighter.
IV. Important Notes:
(I) Applications will not be accepted if the required documents listed in the preceding paragraph are not submitted in full.
(II) Receiving Unit: Registration Section, Office of Academic Affairs, Contact Extension: 2213, Ms. Tu.
(III) Judging Results: Announcement is expected in early July, and prize money will be deposited into the recipient's account before the end of August.
(IV) This announcement will be posted on the school's academic affairs information system and sent to students' mailboxes.
