Student 1+4 Certificate Submission and Award Application

I. This process will be conducted in accordance with the university's "Student 1+4 Project Implementation Plan" and "Student 1+4 Project Award Regulations."

II. Certificate Submission and Departmental Review Schedule:

(a) Student Submission Period: From now until March 11, 2026.

(b) Departmental Review Period: From now until March 16, 2026.

III. 1+4 Project Award Application:

(a) Award Application Period: March 11, 2026 to March 30, 2026.

(b) Eligible Applicants: Undergraduate and graduate students (including part-time students) who have obtained certificates related to their department's core professional competencies during their studies at the university, and graduates of the first semester of the 2025 academic year.

(c) Only those who have completed certificate submission and whose certificate effective date must fall between August 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026 are eligible to apply for the award.

IV. Application Method:

Current Students: Add certificate information through the university's "Single Entry System/Student Learning Journey System/Certificates/Submission". After approval, submit the application through the university's "Single Entry System/Student Learning Journey System/Certificates/1+4 Project Award Application/Select the Certificate for which you wish to apply for the award".

Graduates of the first semester of the 2013-2014 academic year: Online application is preferred; paper documents are not required. Please fill out the form on Google Forms.

V. Certificates in language, professional, and information technology categories can be applied for separately, but only one award can be claimed for the same category of certificate during the same application period.

VI. To protect students' rights, departments should ensure that all documents for each academic year have been reviewed when approving certificates.
