II. Reminder of Changes Starting from the 2025 Academic Year:

(I) Course Selection for the New Semester: There will be three online course selection periods (two pre-selection periods before the start of the semester and one for adding/dropping courses after the start of the semester). All students are welcome to select courses during each period. The "add/drop" period is from the start of the semester to the second week, lasting two weeks.

(II) The "Student Report Form" is applicable according to the revised "Course Selection Guidelines": Within one week of the deadline for adding/dropping courses, only students in the following situations may fill out a "Student Report Form" and apply to the Academic Affairs Office for remedial course selection with the consent of the instructor and the head of the student's department:

1. Graduating students who are unable to graduate due to missing course credits.

2. Students whose course selection for this semester has not met the minimum required credit requirement.

3. If the number of students enrolled is insufficient after the deadline for adding or dropping out of the course, the course will be cancelled, and students may apply to change their enrollment.
