2026 Hanlin Internship Recruitment Program Guidelines

1. Purpose of the Program

Hanlin has long been committed to the development of education and values the cultivation of future talent. Through this internship program, we invite students who are passionate about education to enter the workplace early, explore potential career paths, gain practical experience, and develop professional skills. Each attempt becomes an important step toward their future.

2. Eligibility

  1. Graduating undergraduate or master’s students from public or private universities in Taiwan.

  2. Applicants with a background in specialized subjects or education-related fields are preferred.

3. Internship Locations

  1. Northern Region: No. 136, Jian 1st Road, Zhonghe District, New Taipei City.

  2. Southern Region: No. 8-1, Xinzhong Road, South District, Tainan City.
    ※ Students may choose an internship location based on their school location or place of residence during the internship period.

4. Internship Dates and Hours

  1. Internship Period: From March 2, 2026 to June 30, 2026.

  2. Working Hours:

    • Northern Region: 9:00–18:00 (12:00–13:00 lunch break)

    • Southern Region: 8:00–17:00 (12:00–13:00 lunch break)

    • Working hours follow the schedule of the assigned department, with a minimum of 20 working hours per week.

5. Internship Pay and Benefits

  1. The internship adopts a paid structure based on the completion of assigned tasks, with an hourly wage of NT$200.

  2. During the internship period, the company will follow relevant provisions of the Labor Standards Act and enroll interns in labor insurance, National Health Insurance, and labor pension in accordance with regulations.

6. Application Deadline

Applications are open from now until January 9, 2026 (Friday). Late submissions will not be accepted.
