Coordination Matters for the 2nd Session of the 115 Academic Year High School English Listening Test

To support the administration of the “115 Academic Year High School English Listening Test – Second Session” in the Yunlin test area hosted by our university, and to maintain a quiet environment for examinees, all university units are requested to cooperate with the following arrangements:

I. Test Date

December 13, 2024 (Saturday)

II. Coordination Matters for Test Area Administration

(1) Campus Traffic Flow Adjustments During the Test

The designated test area will be the main controlled zone. During the test period, selected classrooms in the Administration Building, Engineering Building I, Engineering Building II, and Engineering Building III will serve as test rooms and resting areas for test staff.

All relevant units are asked to adjust classroom usage accordingly and suspend course activities in those locations during the specified period.

(2) Activity and Noise Control

During the test, all large-scale activities on campus (including camps, seminars, sports events, performances, etc.) should be suspended to prevent noise from affecting the examination.

All units are requested to remind their faculty and staff to remain quiet during the test period and avoid engaging in activities that may create noise near test rooms.

For those needing to enter laboratories, research rooms, or other spaces near test venues prior to the examination, please complete such activities before 11:00 AM, and observe quiet regulations after 12:00 PM.

As the listening test requires a high level of quietness, we apologize for any inconvenience caused during the examination period and appreciate your understanding.
