2025 Taoyuan Design Award
About the Taoyuan Design Award
To support young designers and the development of design departments in colleges, universities, and high schools, the Taoyuan City Government's Youth Affairs Bureau has been organizing the Taoyuan Design Award competition and exhibition since 2019. This year marks its seventh anniversary. The award aims to create a platform for young designers to exchange, reflect, discuss, implement, and share their work, thereby continuously promoting the development of the design industry.

Gold Award
Prize: NT$30,000, a digital certificate, and a trophy.
One winner will be selected from each of the four categories, for a total of four winners.
Silver Award
Prize: NT$20,000, a digital certificate, and a trophy.
One winner will be selected from each of the four categories, for a total of four.
Bronze Award
Prize: NT$10,000, a digital certificate, and a trophy.
One winner will be selected from each of the four categories, for a total of four.
Special Award
A digital certificate will be presented.
One to three winners will be selected from each of the four categories, for a total of 4-12 winners.
Special Judges' Award
A digital certificate will be presented.
One winner will be selected from each of the four categories, for a total of four.
Outstanding School of the Year Award
The school with the most awards, regardless of category, will be awarded the "Outstanding School of the Year Award."
A digital certificate and a trophy will be presented. Regardless of category, one school will be selected from the entire field.
Best School of the Year Award
Regardless of category, the school with the most entries will be awarded the "Best School of the Year Award." A digital certificate and trophy will be presented.

● Emerging Designer Category
Gold Award
Prize: NT$80,000, a digital certificate, and a trophy.
One winner will be selected from each of the three categories, for a total of three winners.
Silver Award
Prize: NT$50,000, a digital certificate, and a trophy.
One winner will be selected from each of the three categories, for a total of three winners.
Bronze Award
Prize: NT$20,000, a digital certificate, and a trophy.
One winner will be selected from each of the three categories, for a total of three winners.
Special Award
A digital certificate will be presented.
One to three winners will be selected from each of the three categories, for a total of 3-9 winners.
Special Judges' Award
One winner will be selected from each category and field by the judges and awarded a digital certificate.
