2025 Sustainable Light Environment Creative Competition
To encourage the development and design application of various sustainable materials and showcase sustainable awareness and creative design, the Zhongyuan Cultural and Creative Park will host the "Sustainable Light Environment Creative Exhibition" light art installation competition, with the goal of "Sustainability, Innovation, and Experimentation." Through this award-winning competition, we hope to inspire young and diverse creative teams, discover more outstanding artists, and promote the development of sustainable materials and the flourishing of lifestyle aesthetics in Taiwan.
-Competition Schedule-
1. Application and Submission: Applications will be accepted and received from 8:00 AM on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, and will close at 5:00 PM on Monday, October 20, 2025 (based on the uploaded record).
2. Preliminary Review (Documentary Review): October 21, 2020 (Tuesday) to October 30, 2020 (Thursday) (subject to availability)
3. Announcement of Finalist List: October 31, 2020 (Friday) (subject to availability)
4. Final Review (Physical Review): December 19, 2020 (Friday), morning (subject to availability)
5. Exhibition Opening Press Conference and Awards Ceremony: December 19, 2020 (Friday), afternoon – Zhongyuan Cultural and Creative Park
6. Exhibition Period: December 19, 2020 (Friday) to January 18, 2020 (Sunday) – Zhongyuan Cultural and Creative Park
-Registration Qualifications-
1. Applications may be submitted individually or as a team, with a maximum of six participants per team.
2. All participants must be enrolled in a high school or higher education institution.
3. Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China (with a Republic of China ID card or, if unregistered, with a Taiwan Residence Permit), new immigrants, or foreign nationals in Taiwan (with a valid Republic of China Residence Permit).
4. Entries must not have won any prize or received any other prize in a public competition held by a local government or above in Taiwan before the submission deadline. They must not plagiarize, forge, or infringe upon intellectual property rights.
Shortlisted entries will be displayed and implemented at an outdoor venue within the park.
Gold Prize: NT$100,000 (one winner) and a certificate.
Silver Prize: NT$30,000 (two winners) and a certificate (each winner).
Bronze Prize: NT$10,000 (two winners) and a certificate (each winner).
Top Ten Winning Entries: NT$5,000 (one winner) and a certificate.
Entries that pass the qualification review and are shortlisted for the preliminary round will receive a subsidy of up to NT$15,000 for material expenses. Subsidies must be reimbursed with legal invoices or other relevant documentation.
