The 1st Wang Yuanlin Art Award

While continuing its original purpose of encouraging creativity, the new award will further focus on discovering Taiwanese artistic talent and promoting the internationalization and sustainable development of Taiwanese culture and art. We aim to provide more opportunities for promising artists to showcase their work, thereby making Taiwanese art a significant force in global cultural dialogue.

The first-place prize for the Wang Yuanlin Art Award has been increased to NT$600,000. Furthermore, the winning work will have the opportunity to be exhibited at art fairs in Taiwan or internationally, providing a platform for display and sales. This not only recognizes the artist's creativity but also serves as one of the foundation's core missions in promoting the international marketing of Taiwanese culture and art. Through this award, the foundation hopes to showcase the outstanding creations, unique artistic perspectives, and cultural heritage of Taiwanese artists to the world.
