Call for papers for the 50th issue of Art Review
Art Review aims to enhance the quality of academic research in the art field and provide a platform for the publication of original academic papers. This bi-annual journal welcomes submissions from scholars both domestically and internationally. In 2021, the journal was designated a core journal in the art field by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Call for Papers:
Special Call for Papers: "Art, War, History: Before and After 1945." We sincerely invite submissions focusing on topics such as art and war, historical memory, colonial experience, and cultural politics, exploring the historical ruptures and continuities before and after 1945.
General Call for Papers: No restrictions on topics. We welcome submissions of original papers in art-related fields. Submissions must be previously unpublished in domestic or international journals.
Categories:
Research Papers: Formal, scholarly, and original papers, generally between 15,000 and 20,000 words.
Critical Papers: Commentaries on art performances or cultural phenomena, with a focus on issues and original perspectives, generally between 8,000 and 15,000 words. Issue 50 will be published in January 2016. Manuscripts should be submitted to the journal's online submission section at https://tnua.cloudreview.tw/ar by September 30, 2015.
