1. Each school may submit no more than 20 entries in each category of the competition. Schools must register and download the application forms through the “Registration” section of the competition website (https://web.arte.gov.tw/nsac/) and complete the online registration process by 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2026, with the registration period running from October 8 to October 23, 2026.

2. For this year's competition, the supplementary form to be attached to the back of each artwork must be generated and printed from the registration system after all required information has been entered and uploaded. The form must then be signed by the participating student and the supervising teacher and attached to the back of the artwork. For detailed instructions, please refer to the attached operation manual.

3. All entries must be compiled and submitted by the school as a unified submission. Schools must export one copy each of the artwork inventory list and the declaration of guarantee, and affix the official stamp of the Office of Student Affairs or the Office of Academic Affairs to both documents. The registration documents, together with the artworks, must be delivered to the designated submission venue by 4:00 p.m. on October 23, 2026, during the submission period from October 19 to October 23, 2026. Entries that are not submitted and listed by the school, or that arrive after the deadline, cannot be accepted. The submission venue for this year's competition is Nanhai Academy of the National Taiwan Arts Education Center (No. 43, Nanhai Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City). Please take special note of this requirement.

4. If artworks are submitted by mail or other shipping services, participants must ensure that the works are properly packaged. The number of artworks enclosed must be clearly indicated on both the package and the inventory list. Authors shall be responsible for any loss incurred during transportation.

5. The Guidelines for the 115th Academic Year National Student Art Competition can be downloaded from the “Latest News” section of the competition website (https://web.arte.gov.tw/nsac/).
