Revise the key points for teachers to conduct industry study or research assignments
I. The outlined key points were reviewed and amended and passed at the 8th Administrative Meeting of the 2015-2016 Academic Year on May 26th.
II. The revised guidelines for faculty members conducting industry-specific training or research are based on the proposals of the members of the Faculty Industry-Specific Training or Research Promotion Committee at the 1st Meeting of the 2nd Semester of the 2015-2016 Academic Year, and are amended as follows:
(I) Point 6: The original clause only regulated the situation of "other schools." To meet practical operational needs, the option of "our own school" has been added to make the regulations more comprehensive.
(II) Point 9: In accordance with the adjustment of the division of responsibilities within the school, the tasks originally handled by the Industry-Academia Collaboration Office have been transferred to the Personnel Office, and the unit name has been amended.
(III) Point 10: To smoothly promote faculty members' industry-specific training or research and to improve the mechanism for handling unfinished tasks, regulations concerning the prohibition of claiming various salaries and bonuses have been added.
