I. The Ministry of National Defense is conducting the "2026 Selection Examination for Professional Reserve Officers and Non-commissioned Officers of the National Armed Forces." The selection plan and guidelines are attached. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
II. Eligibility:
(a) Officers: Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and hold no foreign citizenship. They must be between 20 and 32 years old, graduates of domestic public or registered private universities or colleges, or foreign universities or colleges recognized by the Ministry of Education, and meet the eligibility requirements stipulated in the selection guidelines. They must be willing to serve in the military. However, active-duty volunteer non-commissioned officers, volunteer soldiers, reserve non-commissioned officers, and alternative service personnel must be between 20 and 35 years old.
(b) Non-commissioned Officers: Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and hold no foreign citizenship. They must be between 20 and 32 years old, graduates of domestic public or registered private colleges or colleges, or foreign colleges or colleges recognized by the Ministry of Education, and meet the eligibility requirements stipulated in the selection guidelines. They must be willing to serve in the military. However, the age limit for applying is 20 to 35 years old for volunteer soldiers, reserve soldiers, and alternative service personnel.
