Campus-wide mosquito-borne disease disinfection operation

I. To conduct mosquito control operations before the start of the new semester, pesticide spraying will be carried out in designated areas. To ensure the smooth execution of the operation and the effectiveness of the control, please cooperate with the following:

(I) Please cooperate in scheduling the time slots and assist in avoiding scheduling other activities (such as meetings, classes, construction, etc.) to avoid affecting personnel safety and the workflow.

(II) On the day of disinfection, please open the doors of your offices, classrooms, laboratories, research rooms, training workshops, and other indoor spaces in advance to allow the vendor to enter and carry out the work; failure to open the doors will be considered as non-participation in this control operation.

(III) During the operation, please have your management personnel temporarily turn off central air conditioning (cooling), fire alarms (including smoke detectors), and other related equipment, and ensure that teachers and students leave the space during the operation. After the operation is completed, it is recommended to wait an hour before entering the site, depending on the odor and condition, to ensure safety and comfort.

II. To maintain consistency and effectiveness of the operation, this operation will be carried out in zones. The operation time and scope are detailed in the attachment. Please cooperate with the schedule to facilitate disinfection. III. This operation will be undertaken by Quan Hong Environmental Sanitation Technology Co., Ltd. For related work inquiries, please contact the Environmental Safety Technology Center (extension 2830 within the campus).
